How to let go of your past


Wish you could change your past? you want to learn to let go and create a life you love? 
Many of us get stuck in the past because we are afraid of stepping in an unknown future.

Letting go must be a conscious decision because the amount of happiness that you have depends on the amount of freedom you have in your heart.

Things you should know about letting go of your past
Letting go can be difficult, letting go of people, ideas, expectations, desires, letting go of bad habits, false beliefs and unhealthy relationships.....every day, every moment presents an opportunity to create ourselves up to the possibility of the moment and take action to create an incredible future.

If you've been holding unto an old relationship, now is the perfect time to let go.

2.  Identify with what the experience taught you  to help develop a sense of closure
3.  Write everything you want to express down
4.  Remember both the good and the bad
5.  Visualize an empowered single you

6.  Create a space that reflects  your present reality
7.  Reward yourself for small acts of acceptance
8.  Know that loving yourself means letting go
9.  Replace your emotional thoughts with facts
10.  Practice releasing regrets
11. Work on forgiving yourself 
12. Don’t think about any time as lost or a waste
13.  Reconnect with who you are outside a relationship
14. Create separation; Let yourself free;
15.  Remember the benefits of moving on- letting go opens you up to new possibilities;
16. Recognize and replace fearful thoughts
17. Embrace impermanence-Nothing in life lasts forever, every experience and relationship eventually runs its course.

Be grateful and be true to yourself.
